The standard international 12-color sequence for optical fibers under TIA-598-C is: Blue, Orange, Green, Brown, Slate (Gray), White, Red, Black, Yellow, Violet, Rose, and Aqua.Standard 12-Color SequenceAccording to the TIA-598-C standard, the universal 12-color sequence for identifying individual fibers in a multi-fiber cable is: 1-Blue, 2-Orange, 3-Green, 4-Brown, 5-Slate (Gray), 6-White, 7-Red, 8-Black, 9-Yellow, 10-Violet, 11-Rose, 12-Aqua. This sequence is applied consistently across cables worldwide, ensuring technicians can correctly identify fibers regardless of origin (North America, Europe, or Asia) and is repeated for cables with more than 12 fibers .High-Count Cables (>12 Fibers)For cables with more than 12 fibers, the sequence repeats with additional stripe markers to maintain unique identification. For example, fiber #13 would be Blue with a black stripe. In high-density cables using buffer tubes, the 12-color sequence is applied both to the tube and the fibers inside it.
